ATLANTA, Ga. –
Sean Domer’s (Indiana, Pa./Grove City College) new javelin school record highlighted the competition for the Radford men’s track and field team at this weekend’s Georgia Tech Invitational at Griffin Track.

Domer reached a personal-best distance of 63.53m (208’5”) to finish fourth and break his previous school mark by over seven feet.

Elsewhere in the field events, Kyle Morse placed third among collegiate athletes in the hammer throw with a distance of 65.36m (214’5”). Morse is ranked 16th in the nation and 10th in the region in the hammer throw.

On the track, Raschad Kelso placed tenth in the 200m among collegiate competitors with a time of 21.54.

Kaise White (Houston, Texas/Freedom) recorded a personal best in the 200m as he crossed the finish line with a time of 22.19. White also ran a time of 48.52 in the 400m to finish 19th.

Olajuwon Jones (Indianapolis, Ind./Speedway) finished 19th in the 200m with a time of 21.73 and placed sixth in the 400m with a season-best time of 46.90.

Brett Olinger notched a time of 54.25 in the 400m hurdles to place 25th.

The Highlanders will be back on the track May 27 for the NCAA East Regional.
