Ticket Office Operations
The Radford University Athletic Ticket Office conducts ticketing for two of the Highlanders’ varsity sports: men’s & women’s basketball. Attendance to all other home varsity events is free to the public for regular season contests. The Ticket Office also handles post-season tournament ticket requests.

Location and Hours of Operation
The Ticket Office is located in the Riverside entrance of the Dedmon Center. Regular business hours are Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.

· Men’s & Women’s Basketball - Home games are played at the Dedmon Center, located at 101 University Drive.
Ordering and Purchasing Tickets
Season tickets, group tickets, or individual game tickets may be purchased over the phone by calling 540-831-7889, in person by visiting the Dedmon Center, or online at
www.radfordathletics.com.
Payment Info
The Radford University Athletic Ticket Office accepts Cash, Visa and MasterCard. Checks are acceptable in advance only and may be made payable to: Radford University. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are permitted.
Shipping and Will Call Information
All ticket orders placed 10 or more business days prior to the game will be mailed unless the purchaser requests the tickets to be left at Will Call. All orders placed less than 10 business days prior to the game will automatically be in Will Call. A photo ID will be required to receive the tickets. Tickets cannot be left in Will Call under more than one name. Fans wishing to leave tickets for family and friends can do so at Will Call. Please note, the Ticket Office will not be responsible for any drop off Will Call that cannot be found.

Men’s & Women’s Basketball – Tickets may be claimed at the Riverside Entrance (Lobby A) of the Dedmon Center beginning 60 minutes before tip-off.
Will Call (Advance)
Will Call tickets for all Radford University sports may be picked up prior to the day of the game at the Dedmon Center Ticket Office during normal business hours.
Children/Infant Admission Policy
Everyone age two (2) years and older must have a ticket to enter the Dedmon Center. Any child under two (2) must sit in the lap of a parent or guardian, will be admitted free of charge and may not occupy a seat.
Accessible Seating
Accessible seating is limited. If you need accessible seating, please contact the Radford University Athletic Ticket Office as soon as possible prior to the day of the game. Orders will be filled on a first-come first-served basis.
Lost/Destroyed Tickets
All tickets should be treated like cash. The Radford University Ticket Office is not responsible for any tickets that are lost. Replacements will only be issued for reserved season tickets requested at least a week prior to the event. General admission and single game tickets will not be duplicated. The season ticket holder of record must be present to have duplicate tickets issued. No third parties will be issued duplicates for someone else's season tickets. Please contact the Ticket Office if you have any questions regarding lost or destroyed tickets.
Refund Policy
No refunds, exchanges or cancellations are permitted unless we are unable to fill your order. Refunds will not be granted due to a game date or time change.
Away Game Tickets
Away game tickets
are not available through the Radford Ticket Office. Please contact the athletic ticket office at the opposing institution for more information.
